First let me thank Coni, Terry’s wife for allowing me to scan the 1963 WTHS Waterlog. This is a very special year for those of us that graduated in 1963 from either WTHS and WKHS since most of us have traveled the same roads in getting to graduation. Thank you Coni, for the memories...

Coni Carter, married for 32 years to Terry Baden. (Terry passed away on April 8,2002). Have a son 27 married to Jessica and a daughter 23 married to Chad. Have three grandchildren Kaytlin 6, Christian 4 and Colin 2.  I have been the chairperson for the 67 class for the last 15 years and have enjoyed it very much. I was privledged to have gone to WTHS in 61-62 and many of the faces bring back many memories for me personally. Don Absher, Steve Andrews, James Baldwin, were guys I shared classes with. James was a particular friend I remember.

Rosemary Bugsby, a very special person to remember. Carol Burch, Charles Cole, more Classmates. What makes these pages more memorable are now that I can sit back and look at the faces I remember more and more classmates.

Kathy Cummings, another special memory since I remember having a crush on her too. I started listing just a few of the names that stand out in my memories only to find that I remember most all.

Stan Grant, another classmate and face I remember. I think what it was, is, that I remember most all in plaid shirts, sweat shirts, dress shirts without ties, and definitely not in suits.

Chuck Gustafson, of course, Ed Guilda, Craig Hanna, Bob Hard, David Hodges are more classmates that I remember in 62. The Hernandez twins, and why wouldn’t I remember them.

I definitely remember Bill La Fay, Bill Matheny. All the girls stand out in MY memories but they always dressed nice. Sneakers, bobbie sox’s, pleated skirts, just a little below the knee, now those were the days.

Harold Hunt, George Irwin, who do you remember?

Mike McCormack, Pat McGinnis, Linda McNeven, had a little crush on her too.

Definitely remember Little Terry Morris, Mike Oliver but only because we had similar names, and I think I remember him coming over to WKHS or at least another Mike Oliver did. Richard Parker, Roger Pohl, Dennis Nevala, John Peck, were classmates and lunch buddies. Although those memories are fleeting since we shared just one semester.

Robert Readler, I think loomed in the clouds, Susan Raymond, Jim Rice, Marsha Rotramel, Pat Pyle, another crush, Pat Sandusky, I remember a lot of e-mail to the site from several guys looking for Vicki St. Dennis, now I remember why!

Sandra Scales of course, mad, mad crush on her. Marilyn Seiber, Claudia Shafto, Diane Smith. Notice I remember more of the gals than I do the guys.

I remember David Spindlers face, but just can’t place it in my school room memories. Generally, when  I see a face from the past I can remember one of those times we spoke, or joked or bumped into each other.

Dennis Wright, Arthur Welch, Dale Young, Carol White just a few more faces I remember. Thanks again to Conni for this opportunity to look back and enjoy more memories.
